Do I need to supply my own cleaning products?

No, our team arrives fully equipped with all the products and equipment needed. If you prefer to supply your own products, that's welcome too.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one week ahead, especially during busy seasons. For emergency or same‑day cleaning, call us directly.

Do you offer recurring service discounts?

Yes! Weekly clients enjoy 20% off, bi‑weekly 15% off, and monthly 7% off. We also offer auto‑billing discounts.

Do you clean Airbnb properties?

Absolutely. We specialise in turnover cleaning for vacation rentals and will work with your schedule to ensure a spotless welcome for guests.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (processed securely through Square), as well as cash, check, Zelle and PayPal. Flexible payment plans and auto‑billing are available for recurring clients.

How are payments made?

Invoices are sent through email and payments can be made through any of the payment options accepted.
